4 In Spanish … The perfect tenses consist of a form of the auxiliary verb haber (to have) + the past participle of the main verb.

5 he has ha hemos habéis han haber First, you are going to need the present tense of the auxiliary verb haber. Present Perfect haber In Spanish, we use the present tense of haber plus the past participle form of the main verb.

6 What about a past participle? The regular past participle is formed by dropping the infinitive ending and adding –ado to –ar verbs and –ido to –er and –ir verbs: ado hablado = ido bebido = ido sufrido = spoken drunk suffered

11 Past Perfect In Spanish, we use the imperfect tense of haber plus the past participle form of the main verb. había habías había habíamos habíais habían haber First, you are going to need the imperfect tense of the auxiliary verb haber.
