2 Romanos 9:1-3 La elección de Israel 9 Digo la verdad en Cristo, no miento, dándome testimonio mi conciencia en el Espíritu Santo, 2 de que tengo gran tristeza y continuo dolor en mi corazón. 3 Porque desearía yo mismo ser anatema, separado de Cristo por amor a mis hermanos, mis parientes según la carne,

3 Romanos 9:4-5 4 que son israelitas, a quienes pertenece la adopción como hijos, y la gloria, los pactos, la promulgación de la ley, el culto y las promesas, 5 de quienes son los patriarcas, y de quienes, según la carne, procede el Cristo, el cual está sobre todas las cosas, Dios bendito por los siglos. Amén.

4 Romans 9:1-3 Solicitude for Israel 9 I am telling the truth in Christ, I am not lying, my conscience testifies with me in the Holy Spirit, 2 that I have great sorrow and unceasing grief in my heart. 3 For I could wish that I myself were accursed, separated from Christ for the sake of my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh,

5 Romans 9:4-5 4 who are Israelites, to whom belongs the adoption as sons, and the glory and the covenants and the giving of the Law and the temple service and the promises, 5 whose are the fathers, and from whom is the Christ according to the flesh, who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen.

8 Filipensis 1:22-24 22 Pero si el vivir en la carne, esto significa para mí una labor fructífera, entonces, no sé cuál escoger, 23 pues de ambos lados me siento apremiado, teniendo el deseo de partir y estar con Cristo, pues eso es mucho mejor; 24 y sin embargo, continuar en la carne es más necesario por causa de vosotros.
