2 ENCUESTA NACIONAL DE TRABAJADORAS/ES DEL TURISMO, HOTELEROS Y GASTRONÓMICOS (ENATHGRA) NATIONAL SURVEY OF WORKERS / S OF TOURISM, HOTEL and RESTAURANT (ENATHGRA) Encuesta a trabajadores y trabajadoras de las 15 seccionales más grandes del país durante los meses de agosto y septiembre de 2008. ( Polls workers in the 15 biggest sectionals in the country for the months of August and September 2008 ). Con el objetivo de conocer la situación de los trabajadores y trabajadoras gastronómicos se indagó, entre otros temas, sobre ingresos, organización del trabajo, jornada laboral, relaciones sindicales, etc. (In order to know the status of gastronomic workers were investigated, among other things, on income, work organization, working hours, union relations, etc.).
