11 Auxiliary, or helping verbs, are verbs that introduce an infinitive. They are also sometimes called modal verbs. Ir a – to be going to do something necesitar- to need tener que – to have to querer – to want poder- to be able, can acabar de – to just have done something

12 When you use a helping verb, you must determine the subject of the sentence and add the appropriate reflexive pronoun to the end of the infinitive or before the conjugated verb.
