2 HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH  In the Estados Unidos, Hispanic heritage month starts quince de septiembre and ends quince de octubre. We celebrate Hispanic heritage month because we honor and recognize the contributions the Hispanic gave to the Estados Unidos.

3 HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH  President Lyndon Johnson approved Hispanic heritage week. Then president Ronald Reggon in the year of 1968 made it treinta day period. Diecisiete de agosto, 1988 they made the treinta day period of Hispanic heritage month into a law.
