4 Introducción La contenedorización ha disminuido los costos de embarque y ha incrementado significativamente la productividad de las operaciones relacionadas con el comercio internacional El comercio internacional presenta una tendencia creciente en las últimas décadas propiciando un incremento en la competencia entre terminales Demanda de un mejor nivel de servicio para los usuarios

22 Medidas de desempeño Utilización Baroti: registrar la coordenada Baroti sugerida por la herramienta y la coordenada real donde fue colocado el contenedor. El propósito de este indicador es monitorear si la herramienta sugiere coordenadas factibles. Causas Diferencia: en el caso de que se presente una diferencia entre el Baroti sugerido por el sistema y el Baroti real se expone una lista de posibles causas por la que se colocó el contenedor en una ubicación diferente. Las opciones que se dan son: Espacio ocupado. Espacio en el aire. Problemas en el puerto, por ejemplo que la ubicación sugerida está inaccesible por congestión. Decisión propia del operador.

23 Medidas de Desempeño Distancia entre ubicación real y sugerida: ese indicador cuantifica la distancia Manhattan entre el Baroti sugerido y el Baroti real. Número de desviaciones que ocurren por turno y por tipo de desviación,

24 Conclusiones El heurístico es gatillado con la llegada de un contenedor al patio del terminal que espera a que se sugiera una coordenada para su posicionamiento. Atributo Clave: Secuencia Estimada de Salida de cada segregación El output es una sugerencia de corrdenada BAROTI para almacenamiento de cada contenedor Se proponen indicadores de gestión para la evaluación del heurístico

31 Subsistema: Asignación Dinámica
Asigna ubicaciones (Posición BAROTI) en tiempo real contenedor a contenedor conforme arriban al terminal. Tiene como base la asignación de espacios realizada por los modelos matemáticos de los niveles 1.1 y 1.2. Problemática: Llegada aleatoria de los contenedores de exportación al terminal en el horizonte de planificación.

32 Conclusiones Se muestra un sistema de apoyo a las decisiones de asignación de espacio a contenedores en un puerto. Se abordó el problema mediante la subdivisión del mismo en 3 niveles.
