¿Qué es ? Tag rugby, or flag rugby, is a contactless team game in which each player wears a belt with two velcro tags, or shorts with velcro patches.

¿Quién lo invento? We can say that the origin of the rugby tag goes back to the last ten years. The growing demand by today's society for physical activity has led to the emergence of popular sports sports. This is the case of rugby tag that arises as an alternative to rugby XV or XIII.

Normas The team will consist of a maximum of 12 players, 7 on the field - The match will last 40 minutes with a 5 minute break after 20 minutes. - The field is half of a rugby field transversely. - All players wear a Tag rugby waist belt or wear Tag pants (recommended), with two tapes (Tags) attached to both sides with velcro. The two teams carry different colors of Tag.
