2. Special Variations on Negative Words
3. Ninguno can be used in its long form. But, it shortens to ningún in front of a masculine noun and ends in “a” in front of a feminine noun. (The “u” is accented when the “o” is dropped.) 4. Ex.: Ninguno de Uds. tiene el dinero. Ningún muchacho puede hablar ruso. Ninguna muchacha puede leer ruso. 3. Negative Expressions ¡Ni yo tampoco!- Me neither! ¡Nada de particular!- Nothing in particular. ¡Ya no!- No longer! ¡Ni siquiera!- Not even! ¡De ninguna manera!- No way! ¡De ningún modo!- No way!
