3 3 REGLAMENTO CONSTITUCIONAL DE 1811 ESTABLECIA UN GOBIERNO EJECUTIVO DE TRES MIEMBROS Y UN CONGRESO. EJERCE LAS FUNCIONES EJECUTIVAS Y LEGISLATIVAS. TIENE UNA MARCADA TENDENCIA CONSERVADORA LEAL AL REY DE ESPAÑA. FUE EL PRIMER INTENTO CONSTITUCIONAL.

4 4 REGLAMENTO CONSTITUCIONAL 1812 SE ESTABLECIÓ EN EL GOBIERNO DE JOSÉ MIGUEL CARRERA. ESTABLECE UN EJECUTIVO DE TRES MIEMBROS Y UN LEGISLATIVO DE 7 PERSONAS (SENADO CONSULTIVO). TENIA 27 ARTÍCULOS Y SE ASEMEJA MÁS A UNA CONSTITUCIÓN. SE DESTACA POR SER EL PRIMER RECONOCIMIENTO DE LA SOBERANÍA NACIONAL DE CHILE.

5 5 REGLAMENTO CONSTITUCIONAL DE 1814 REGLAMENTO PARA UN GOBIERNO PROVISORIO. CREA UN PODER EJECUTIVO UNIPERSONAL, CON EL NOMBRE DE DIRECTOR SUPREMO CON AMPLIAS ATRIBUCIONES, YA QUE DEBE HACER FRENTE A LOS PROBLEMAS BÉLICOS. MANTIENE UN SENADO FORMADO POR 7 PERSONAS. FUE NOMBRADO DIRECTOR SUPREMO EL CORONEL FRANCISCO DE LA LASTRA.

6 6 CONSTITUCIÓN DE 1818 PROMULGADA EN EL GOBIERNO DE BERNARDO O’HIGGINS. EJECUTIVO UNIPERSONAL A CARGO DEL DIRECTOR SUPREMO CON AMPLIAS ATRIBUCIONES. NO FIJA TÉRMINO DE MANDATO. ESTABLECE UN LEGISLATIVO CON UN SENADO DE 5 MIEMBROS ELEGIDOS POR EL DIRECTOR SUPREMO.. LA AUTORIDAD JUDIACIAL A CARGO DE UN TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR. FIJA 3 PROVINCIAS: COQUIMBO, SANTIGO Y CONCEPCIÓN. LA RELIGIÓN DEL ESTADO FUE LA CATÓLICA.

7 CONSTITUCIÓN DE 1822 7 FUE REALIZADA EN EL GOBIERNO DE BERNARDO O’HIGGINS. FUE VISTA COMO UNA FORMA DE PROLONGAR EL GOBIERNO. PROVOCÓ MÁS INESTABILIDAD EN EL GOBIERNO. DECLARÓ INDEPENDENCIA EN LOS PODERES DEL ESTADO. FIJÓ 6 AÑOS DE DURACIÓN PARA EL GOBIERNO Y PODÍA SER REELEGIDO POR 4 AÑOS EN FORMA INMEDIATA. SE RECONOCE AL EJECUTIVO COMO EL GRAN PODER DEL ESTADO QUE LO DIRIGE EL DIRECTOR SUPREMO. EL PODER EJECUTIVO DURA 4 AÑOS PUDIENDO SER REELEGIDO POR UNA SOLA VEZ. EL LEGISLATIVO FORMADO POR UN SENADO Y UNA CÁMARA NACIONAL.

9 ENSAYO CONSTITUCIONAL DE 1826 9 ES UN ENSAYO DE TIPO FEDERAL. FUE REDACTADA POR JOSÉ MIGUEL INFANTE. DIVIDE AL PAÍS EN PROVINCIAS Y LOS CABILDOS ELEGIDOS POR UNA ASAMBLEA POPULAR CON CARÁCTER LEGISLATIVO. POR PRIMERA VEZ EL DIRECTOR SUPREMO PASA A SER PRESIDENTE. EL PAÍS SE DIVIDE EN 8 REGIONES Y CADA UNA DE ELLAS CON UN ALCALDE ELEGIDO POR VOTACIÓN POR VOTACIÓN POPULAR EN LOS CABILDOS.

10 10 CONSTITUCIÓN DE 1828 FUE PROMULGADA EN EL GOBIERNO DE FRANCISCO ANTONIO PINTO. LA REDACCIÓN FUE DE JOSÉ JOAQUÍN DE MORA. PRESIDENTE ELEGIDO EN FORMA INDIRECTA POR ESPACIO DE 5, ADEMÁS DE UN VICEPRESIDENTE. EL LEGISLATIVO CON DOS CÁMARAS: SENADO Y DIPUTADOS. EL PODER JUDICIAL CON UNA SUPREMA CORTE DE JUSTICIA.

11 11 CONSTITUCIÓN DE 1833 BASE POLÍTICA DE LOS GOBIERNOS CONSERVADORES AMPLIOS PODERES AL EJECUTIVO: ESTADO DE SITIO Y FACULTADES EXTRAORNIDARIAS. PERÍODO DE 5 AÑOS DEL EJECUTIVO CON DERECHO A REELECCIÓN. EJECUTIVO INTERVENÍA EN EL LEGISLATIVO Y JUDICIAL CONGRESO DE DOS CÁMARAS: 20 SENADORES, Y DIPUTADOS (1 POR CADA 20 MIL ALMAS). ESTADO CATÓLICO, APOSTÓLICO Y ROMANO SIN EJERCICIO PÚBLICO DE CUALQUIER OTRA MANIFESTACIÓN RELIGIOSA.
