2 Definicion: Es el conjunto de órganos y unas glándulas anexas encargados del proceso de la digestión, es decir, la transformación de los alimentos para que puedan ser absorbidos y utilizados por las células del organismo. Su función es el transporte (alimentos), secreción (jugos gástricos), absorción (nutrientes) y excreción (mediante el proceso de defecación)

3 Órganos que lo conforman: *Boca *Faringe *Esofago *Estomago *Intestino Delgado *Intestino Grueso * Y ademas otras glandulas que lo conforman (salivares, pancreas e higado)

6 Gastronteritis: Inflamación del tracto intestinal causada por una infección. *CAUSAS: -Malos ámbitos de higiene -Ingesta de alimentos en mal estado -Estrés

8 -Frecuente en el periodo de la lactancia y la infancia durante los 3 primeros años de vida -Cada niño enferma a causa de esta infección 2 o 3 veces al año *DIAGNOSTICO: -Anamnesis -Signos de deshidratación * EPIDEMEOLOGIA :

9 * CUIDADOS DE ENFERMERIA: -Darle recomendaciones de higiene al paciente -Indicar al paciente la dieta a seguir -Mantenimiento de una hidratación adecuada -Evitar el contagio
