Dr: Si bueno, puedo hablar con la señora Maria Gonzales? or Si bueno con la señora Maria Gonzales? Patient: Who is calling? Paciente: Si departe de quien?

3 La llamada fria Dr: Hi Mrs. Maria This is Juan Ramirez, your new student doctor here at the University of the Pacific Dental School. Dr: De Juan Ramirez. Soy su Nuevo estudiante dentista aqui en la Universidad del Pacifico. Patient: oh ok, what’s going on? Paciente: Si. Or Oh ok aha. Or quien? Then you can Repeate the above and spell your name ( mi nombre se escribe J-U-A-N). or just say Juan Ramirez de la Universidad del pacifico

4 La llamada fria Dr: I was looking through your patient file and appears you are due for your 6 month cleaning and check up. If it works for you- I would love to schedule an appointment with you if you are available this coming month. Would that work for you? Dr: Estaba mirando sus archivos y parece que ya casi le toca su limpieza dental . Si quiere le puedo hacer una cita para el mes que viene? Or si quiere le puedo hacer una cita para el siguiente mes?

Paciente: Si para el siguiente mes esta bien Dr: Great, do you prefer morning or afternoons? Dr: Perfecto, prefiere la cita en la mañana oh en la tarde. Patient: I prefer mornings. Paciente: En la mañana esta bien

Dr: Ok, y que dia de la semana prefiere? Patient: Fridays, since I don't work Paciente: Los viernes porque no trabajo

7 La llamada fria Dr: Ok, hold on a little…. Let’s see, how about Friday , May 20th at 9:00 am? Dr: Ok aver espereme un poquito porfavor,……. El Viernes 20 de Mayo a las 9 de la mañana es bien? Patient: Sure that works great! Paciente: Si el 20 esta bien

8 La llamada fria Dr: Great! I am looking forward to meeting you ( I hope to meet you soon). Do you need directions to our new campus  Dr: Ok perfecto, espero conocerla pronto. Necesita direcciones para llegar a la clinica? Patient: I actually know where it is but thank you! Paciente: No, si se donde esta gracias.

9 La llamada fria Dr. Excellent! And as you might know the patient entrance is on Minna and fifth and if its possible I would suggest arriving 10 minutes early so we don't get behind. Dr: Excellente! Y creo que ya save pero la entrada esta en la calle mina y la 5. Y le aconsejaria llegar al menos 10 minutos antes para no atrasarnos.

Paciente: Ok si, voy a tartar de llegar temprano Dr: Ok and just to confirm, the appointment is on Friday, May 20th at 9am. Would you like me to call you the day before to remind you? Dr: Ok y solo para confirmar, la cita es el Viernes 20 de Mayo a las 9 de la mañana. Quiere que le llame un dia antes para recordarle?
