Just like regular –ar infinitives— You are going to breakdown the infinitive into the verb parts. Just like the regular –ar verbs, once you break down the stem and the infinitive ending (-er), you can conjugate.

3 -er endings Yo -o Nosotros/as -emos Tú -es Vosotros/as -éis Él Ella -e

4 Comer = to eat (in the stem)
Yo Com- Nosotros/as Tú Vosotros/as Él Ella Com- Usted Ellos Ellas Com- Ustedes

Ella Com- Usted Ellos Ellas Com- Ustedes
