9 CONCLUSIONES Se plantea la duda diagnóstica entre la ENFERMEDAD DE BIRDSHOT Y SÍNDROME DE NEUROBEHÇET al principio En la actualidad, las opciones de tratamiento para el SÍNDROME DE NEUROBEHÇET: Dosis altas de metilprednisolona intravenosa seguido de disminución oral prolongada Azatioprina, ciclofosfamida, interferón-α y anti-TNF para tratamiento preventivo a largo plazo, aunque no hay evidencia de su eficacia Nuestro caso: CORTICOIDES tópicos, orales y subtenonianos, bolos de PREDNISOLONA y CICLOFOSFAMIDA, AZATIOPRINA, INFLIXIMAB Y ADALIMUMAB
