Día número 144—español 1 El 14 de ABRIL Horario Regular FYI: ¡Hoy continuamos hablando solamente en español! El OBJETIVO es que empiecen a pensar en español, entonces (so then), si ustedes le recuerdan a sus compañeros que necesitan hablar en español cuando están hablando en inglés, pueden ganar un punto de participación y salvar a su compañero de perder 5 puntos de participación.

2 UNICEF is partnering with One Dollar For Life (ODFL), a non-profit founded in 2006 by Los Altos High school teacher Robert Freeman. ODFL partners with others agencies around the world serving individuals in developing countries.  It is our goal to partner with ODFL and raise one dollar for every student that attends Charter Oak high! We will be distributing boxes to each 3rd period across campus. It is our hope that you will partner with us and motivate our students to donate to something bigger than themselves.  Our money will be donated towards the expansion of the 15th of September school located in Matagalpa Nicaragua. Dr. Olea  chaperoned a service trip to this school last summer and will be there this summer again, laying brick, cutting steal, mixing cement and working with community members.  There is a service trip available to any student interested. Please reach out to Dr. Olea if your know a student that might be interested in traveling this Summer to Nicaragua.

5 Vamos a JUGAR una variación de Quizlet Live que se llama “Once”.
El objetivo es que todos lleguen a 11 respuestas correctas y paren (stop). Vamos a tomar el tiempo que toma para que todos lleguen a 11 y van a competir con las otras dos clases. La clase que tenga el tiempo más rápido, ganará tres puntos de participación. La semana que viene les digo quién ganó.
