Even though a ver and haber are pronounced the same, we need to adequately distinguish the two homophones in writing. Knowing the uses of the phrase a ver and the verb haber will help you determine which one to write.

2 A ver: Part I The preposition a is used with the verb ver (to see): 1. In the structure ir + a + infinitive to express that someone is going to see (something) Vamos a ver una película en casa esta noche. 2. To mean let’s see A ver si terminas.
