1 MI PROFESIONAL PROJECT Natalia Colmenarez Martin Career: Bachelor's degree in early childhood education

2 1. Definition Bachelor's degree in early childhood education has as object of study children under age 8. It promotes the formation of educators in different socio-cultural and economic educational contexts through the pedagogical practices and research.

Skills Required Some of the skills required for studying bachelor's degree in early childhood education are:  Responsability, rights and duties.  Autonomy and initiative: propose, design and implement activities and act in any situation.  Knowledge of the processes of growth and child development: knowing act appropriately at all times.  Social skills: smooth, bidirectional and effective communication.  Empathy: With children to get good communication, and thus involve them in learning.
