4 Reflexive Verbs Reflexive verbs are used to describe a persons daily routine. A verb is known to be reflexive when the verb and pronoun refer to the same person. This means that the same person doing the action also receives the action. Lavo means I wash, while Yo me lavo means I wash myself.
