PREFERIR n Here we will learn the verb PREFERIR, which means “to prefer.” n But before we do, let’s look at 2 other verbs like PREFERIR.

QUERER and PENSAR n Querer means… n “to want” n Pensar means… n “to plan” or “to think”

QUERER and PENSAR n Querer and pensar are “stem-changing” verbs. n They are “e > ie” stem- changing verbs.

QUERER and PENSAR n When conjugated forms of QUERER and PENSAR are followed by another verb, the second verb is ALWAYS in the infinitive.
