PAIN ASSESMENT  Tiene dolor? (Do you have pain?)  Del zero al diez, el diez siendo el dolor mas fuerte. ¿Cuanto le duele/Que numero es su dolor? (0-10, 10 being the most strong, how much does it hurt?/What number is your pain?)  ¿Donde le duele? (Where does it hurt?)  ¿Que tipo de dolor es? (What type of pain is it?)  ¿Que alivia el dolor?
