4 Los números  For the numbers 1, 21, 31 and so on, use un, veintiún, treinta y un, and so on before a masculine noun and una, veintiuna, treinta y una, and so on before a feminine noun.  Hay veintiún chicos en la clase.  Hay treinta y una chicas en la clase.

10 Expressions of frequency  Siempre and nunca are usually placed before the verb at the beginning of the sentence.  Ella siempre tiene que tomar apuntes.  Yo nunca tengo que estudiar.  Mucho is placed after the verb at the end of the sentence.  Mateo tiene que estudiar mucho.

11 Expressions of frequency  De vez en cuando, muchas veces and todos los días are usually placed at the beginning or at end of the sentence.  Yo tengo que practicar de vez en cuando.  Muchas veces nosotros tenemos que tomar apuntes.  Todos los días ellas tienen que trabajar.
