osmosis Procedimiento (Experimento por duplicado) 1.- Secar la membrana semipermeable con ayuda de papel secante. 2.- Hacer un nudo en uno de sus extremos. 3.- Medir 20ml de la solución de (sacarosa ó agua destilada) en la probeta de 50ml. 4.- Agregar la solución dentro de la membrana semipermeable. 5.- Cerrar el otro extremo de la membrana evitando que se quede aire atrapado en el interior. 6.- Secar y registrar el peso inicial. 7.- Introduce la membrana + solución (sacarosa en un vaso de precipitado con agua destilada ó (agua destilada en un vaso de precipitado con cloruro de sodio ) debe de cubrir totalmente la membrana 8.- A los 15min retirar la membrana+sacarosa secar perfectamente bien y Registrar el nuevo peso.
