Introducción Veamos cuatro cosas claramente expuestas en Romanos 4:25 1- Jesucristo fue entregado a la muerte (He was delivered over to death) 2- por nuestros pecados (for our sins) 3- resucitó (He was raised to life) 4- para nuestra justificación (for our justification)

1- Jesucristo fue entregado a la muerte (He was delivered over to death) Romanos 4:25 Una muerte con propósito

Jesús fue entregado a la muerte de CRUZ 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins 25 Él fue entregado a la muerte por nuestros pecados,

En Hechos 2, en el día de Pentecostés, encontramos a Pedro predicando sobre su muerte Acts 2:22-23 (NIV) This man was handed over to you by God’s deliberate plan and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross. »Pueblo de Israel, escuchen esto: […] Éste fue entregado según el determinado propósito y el previo conocimiento de Dios; y por medio de gente malvada, ustedes lo mataron, clavándolo en la cruz. Hch 2:22-23 (NIV)

En Hechos 3:13-18, volvemos a encontramos a Pedro predicando sobre la muerte de Jesús “You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go. You disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you. You killed the author of life […] But this is how God fulfilled what he had foretold through all the prophets, saying that his Messiah would suffer.” “Ustedes lo entregaron y lo rechazaron ante Pilato, aunque éste había decidido soltarlo. Rechazaron al Santo y Justo, y pidieron que se indultara a un asesino. Mataron al autor de la vida […] Pero de este modo Dios cumplió lo que de antemano había anunciado por medio de todos los profetas: que su Mesías tenía que padecer.

En hechos 4 Pedro dijo: Acts 4:10 (NIV) 10 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. 10 Sepan, pues, todos ustedes y todo el pueblo de Israel que este hombre está aquí delante de ustedes, sano gracias al nombre de Jesucristo de Nazaret, crucificado por ustedes pero resucitado por Dios.

Esteban dijo en Hechos 7:52 Acts 7:52 (NIV) And now you have betrayed and murdered him— del cual ahora vosotros os hicisteis entregadores y asesinos;

Pablo dijo en 1 Tesalonicenses 2:15 1 Thessalonians 2:15 (NIV) 15 who killed the Lord Jesus los cuales mataron tanto al Señor Jesús

Su muerte fue con propósitos redentores 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins 25 Él fue entregado a la muerte por nuestros pecados,

NOS AVERGONZAMOS POR EL PECADO DEL MUNDO, NOS AVERGONZAMOS POR EL PECADO DE NUESTRA NACION, NOS AVERGONZAMOS POR EL PECADO DE NUESTRAS FAMILIAS, NOS AVERGONZAMOS DE NUESTROS PECADOS PERSONALES PERO ÉL fue entregado a la muerte por nuestros pecados

Desde los días de Adam todo ser humano es inexcusable ante Dios. Desde el principio Dios ha revelado las cualidades invisibles de su eterno poder y su naturaleza divina.

Desde Adam hasta nuestros días el hombre vive en pecado ESTAMOS LLENOS DE INUTILES RAZONAMIENTOS Y NUESTRO INSENSATO CORAZON ESTA EN TINIEBLAS

Romanos 1:28 dice: 28 Además, como estimaron que no valía la pena tomar en cuenta el conocimiento de Dios, él a su vez los entregó a la depravación mental, para que hicieran lo que no debían hacer. 28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

Estamos entregados a la depravación mental Romanos 1:29 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. 29 Se han llenado de toda clase de maldad, perversidad, avaricia y depravación.

God gave them over to a depraved mind Romanos 1:29 They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. Están repletos de envidia, homicidios, disensiones, engaño y malicia.

En su ira, Dios entrega al ser humano a la depravación mental Romanos 1:30 Son chismosos, 30 calumniadores, enemigos de Dios, insolentes, soberbios y arrogantes; They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful;

God gave them over to a depraved mind romans 1:30, 31 they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents;  31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. se ingenian maldades; se rebelan contra sus padres; 31 son insensatos, desleales, insensibles, despiadados.

Por tanto reafirmemos que su muerte fue con propósitos redentores 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins 25 Él fue entregado a la muerte por nuestros pecados,

Escapémonos del día de la ira Jesucristo fue entregado a la muerte por nuestros pecados, por tanto no despreciemos la bondad de Dios, ni su tolerancia, ni su paciencia. Escapémonos del día de la ira.

3- Jesucristo resucitó (He was raised to life) Romanos 4:25 Una muerte con propósito

LA REALIDAD DE SU RESURRECCION Romans 4:25 (NIV) 25 He […] was raised to life for our justification Romanos 4:25 (NIV) 25 Él […] resucitó para nuestra justificación.

Hechos 2:24-28 dice: 24 Sin embargo, Dios lo resucitó, librándolo de las angustias de la muerte, porque era imposible que la muerte lo mantuviera bajo su dominio. 25 En efecto, David dijo de él:       »"Veía yo al Señor siempre delante de mí,       porque él está a mi derecha       para que no caiga. 26 Por eso mi corazón se alegra, y canta con gozo mi lengua;       mi cuerpo también vivirá en esperanza. 27 No dejarás que mi vida termine en el sepulcro;       no permitirás que tu santo sufra corrupción. 28 Me has dado a conocer los caminos de la vida;       me llenarás de alegría en tu presencia.“

Acts 2:24-28 (NVI) 24 But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him. 25 David said about him:    “‘I saw the Lord always before me.    Because he is at my right hand,    I will not be shaken. 26 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;    my body also will rest in hope, 27 because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead,    you will not let your holy one see decay. 28 You have made known to me the paths of life;    you will fill me with joy in your presence.’

Hechos 2:29-32 dice: 29 »Hermanos, permítanme hablarles con franqueza acerca del patriarca David, que murió y fue sepultado, y cuyo sepulcro está entre nosotros hasta el día de hoy.30 Era profeta y sabía que Dios le había prometido bajo juramento poner en el trono a uno de sus descendientes. 31 Fue así como previó lo que iba a suceder. Refiriéndose a la resurrección del Mesías, afirmó que Dios no dejaría que su vida terminara en el sepulcro, ni que su fin fuera la corrupción. 32 A este Jesús, Dios lo resucitó, y de ello todos nosotros somos testigos.

Acts 2:29-32 (NIV) 29 “Fellow Israelites, I can tell you confidently that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day. 30 But he was a prophet and knew that God had promised him on oath that he would place one of his descendants on his throne. 31 Seeing what was to come, he spoke of the resurrection of the Messiah, that he was not abandoned to the realm of the dead, nor did his body see decay. 32 God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it.

Hechos 3:15 15 You killed the author of life, Acts 3:15 (NIV) 15 You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this. Mataron al autor de la vida, pero Dios lo levantó de entre los muertos, y de eso nosotros somos testigos

Hechos 4:1-2 Acts 4:1-2 (NIV) 1 The priests and the captain of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people. 2 They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people, proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead.  1 Mientras Pedro y Juan le hablaban a la gente, se les presentaron los sacerdotes, el capitán de la guardia del templo y los saduceos. 2 Estaban muy disgustados porque los apóstoles enseñaban a la gente y proclamaban la resurrección, que se había hecho evidente en el caso de Jesús.

17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed— La importancia del evangelio: amemos el evangelio, vivamos el evangelio, prediquemos el evangelio 17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed— a righteousness that is by faith from first to last,  just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” Ro 1:17 17 De hecho, en el evangelio se revela la justicia que proviene de Dios, la cual es por fe de principio a fin,  tal como está escrito: «El justo vivirá por la fe.» Ro 1:17

sin la mediación de la ley, se ha manifestado la justicia de Dios Romanos 3:21: La justicia de Dios se ha manifestado aparte de la ley mosaica 21 Pero ahora, sin la mediación de la ley, se ha manifestado la justicia de Dios  21 But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known,

Romanos 3:22 dice que la justicia de Dios se alcanza por fe 22Esta justicia de Dios llega, mediante la fe en Jesucristo, a todos los que creen. 22 This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.

Veamos tres revelaciones claramente expresadas en Romanos 3:24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. pero por su gracia son justificados gratuitamente mediante la redención que Cristo Jesús efectuó.

Los creyentes somos justificados a través de: la redención que Cristo Jesús efectuó. through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

In him we have redemption through his blood, Ephesians 1:7 (NIV) En él tenemos la redención mediante su sangre, In him we have redemption through his blood,

Jesucristo nos ha justificado mediante su sacrificio de la cruz Como un acto de pura gracia, Jesucristo derramó su sangre en la cruz del Calvario para redimirnos del pecado. Como un acto de pura gracia, Jesucristo nos ha justificado gratuitamente mediante ese pago y esa acción redentora.

Romans 4:3 3 … Creyó Abraham a Dios, y esto se le tomó en cuenta como justicia.” 3 … “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.

Dichosos aquellos a quienes se les declara justos Romanos 4:7-8 7 "¡Dichosos aquellos a quienes se les perdonan las transgresiones y se les cubren los pecados! 8¡Dichoso aquel cuyo pecado el Señor no tomará en cuenta!” 7 “Blessed are those     whose transgressions are forgiven,     whose sins are covered.  8 Blessed is the one     whose sin the Lord will never count against them.” Ro 4:7-8

14 Porque si creemos que Jesús murió y resucitó, Si su muerte fue con propósito entonces vivamos en la esperanza de la vida eterna 1 Thessalonians 4:14 (NIV) 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. 14 Porque si creemos que Jesús murió y resucitó, así también traerá Dios con Jesús a los que durmieron en él. 1 Tesalonicenses 4:14

Conclusión Hemos visto cuatro cosas claramente expuestas en Romanos 4:25 1- Jesucristo fue entregado a la muerte (He was delivered over to death) 2- por nuestros pecados (for our sins) 3- y resucitó (He was raised to life) 4- para nuestra justificación (for our justification)
