Ser – the verb to be yo (I) tú (you) él, ella, usted (he, she, you formal) nosotros (we) vosotros (you guys) ellas, ellos, ustedes (they – the girls/boys, all of you) soy eres es somos sois son

Adjective Agreement To describe one person or thing, use es + a singular adjective: El libro es divertido. La clase es divertida.

Adjective Agreement To describe more than one person or thing, use son + a plural adjective: Los libros son divertidos. Las clases son divertidas.

Adjective Agreement If you are describing a group of males and females, use a masculine plural adjective: Mis compañeros son simpáticos.
