hablar = to speak (know how to spell) Drop –ar from infinitive, leave stem/root, and add the ending according to subject pronoun Yo hablo = I speak Tú hablas = You (friend) speak Ella, él, Ud. habla = She, he, you (adult) speaks Nosotros (as) hablamos = we (m)/(f) speak Ellas, Ellos, Uds. hablan = They (m)/(f), you all speak Example: Yo hablo mucho. = I talk a lot.
