1. Selection of interns Selección de pasantes
Offices will receive an e-mail from: dhrs-Internships@oas.org System Access Acceso al Sistema BEFORE YOU SELECT AN INTERN: Authorization from the Director; Terms of reference (description of projects/assignments); Physical space and equipment; Guarantee supervision (staff member who can provide an evaluation and the necessary tools to maximize Internship experience). SELECTION PROCESS: Identify possible fits (the Additional Filters button helps you to identify candidates by specific fields); Contact Applicants and set up interviews (discuss schedules and duties); Submit request to DHR (once both parties, supervisor/applicant, have reached an agreement, fill out the Management and Terms of Reference sections and press "Request this applicant" button at the end of the application); 4.Print a copy for your records (the application will automatically be removed from the database after you have selected the candidate); 5.Final approval by DHR (your request will be reviewed by DHR and will give the final approval). Final Approval Aprobación Final Once Offices select their interns, the Department of Human Resources will review all requests in order to send the official letters of acceptance from the OAS Internship Program.
