Indirect Object Pronouns An Indirect Object is a noun or pronoun that comes between the action verb and the direct object, and tells to what, to whom, for what, or for whom the action of the verb is done.

Indirect Object Pronouns IDOPs indicate to what/whom or for what/whom something is said or done. They look the same as direct object pronouns except for “le” and “les”. Placement IDOPs usually precede the conjugated form of the verb. Pamela va a preparar un café para mi → Pamela me va a preparar un café. Place negative expressions and negation before the IDOPs.
