II. Usos Use the subjunctive after these conjunctions of time when verb in first clause refers to a future action that may or may not happen (i.e. is doubtful, uncertain or unknown). Usually verb in first clause is in the future tense; in some cases it can be a command about some other action that has yet to happen.

III. Ejemplos Yo caminaré por el museo hasta que ellos cierren la puerta. (*subjunctive*) B. Ayer yo caminé por el museo hasta que ellos cerraron la puerta.

Ejemplos… Mi amigo comerá tacos cuando estémos en México. (*Subjunctive*) Mi amigo comió tacos cuando estuvimos en México el verano pasado.
