In Spanish, the days of the week and the months of the year are NOT capitalized unless they appear at the beginning of a sentence! When writing the date (whether in word or number form), you ALWAYS refer to the number for the day first, and then the month! for example – September 18, 2014 is 18/9/14 in Spanish speaking countries!
