Climate data performed for the first real TRY in Aragón. Buildings evaluation with different tools: dynamic calculations with TSBI3 -Bsym-, Energy Plus, Lyder and Calener, compared with static calculations made with Meteo and URSUS. Raising various scenarios of uncertainty: Energy demand more or less than expected (depending on level of bioclimatic design), in order to analyze the feasibility of energy services in adverse scenarios (WP1.4). WP1.3 Started work on the availability of biomass in the surroundings of Zaragoza, there aren´t significant results at the moment. WP1.4 Very advanced feasibility study of ESCO company, energy service company that invests in energy generation plants with high efficiency to supply end users in the residential sector. As a first step it is checked that the data are consistent with those stipulated in the partial plan. If the constructive elements are changed these new materials must fulfil to the superior features of the partial plan. As the second step energy building simulation is made for each building with TSBi3 and EnergyPlus. We provide recommendations to new buildings in order to optimize results when actions are possible.
