¿Presente del Subjuntivo o Imperfecto del Subjuntivo? The TENSE used for the main verb (before que) determines whether to use PRESENT or PAST subjunctive. Remember that in order to use the subjunctive after que, there must be a “UWEIRDO” verb before que.
