ENMARCACIÓN GEOGRÁFICA POR ZONAS DE LAS JURISDICCIONES DE LOS JUECES DE PAZ LEGOS

El Superior Tribunal de Justicia, a efectos de DETERMINAR EL ALCANCE GEOGRÁFICO DE CADA JUEZ DE PAZ LEGO, solicit ó su demarcación mediante meridianos y paralelos. Las ZONAS GEOGRÁFICAS resultantes son fruto de la comparaci ó n de las capas tem á ticas del SIG utilizado por la Direcci ó n de Catastro y Tierras Fiscales de la Provincia de San Luis, criterio tomado para evitar posibles conflictos. Partiendo de la capa base o parcelario rural, se incorporaron las capas de l í mites departamentales, rutas, localidades e im á genes satelitales para determinar dicho alcance. Toda esta cartograf í a se encuentra georreferenciada en el sistema POSGAR 94. Dicho trabajo fue solicitado a la Dirección de Catastro, quien encargó su realización a la AGRIMENSORA EMILSE ROBLEDO. Concluido, se hizo entrega de dos mapas formato papel escalados 1: y georrefenciados, y un continuo de cada á rea, como as í tambi é n las rutas, l í mites departamentales y localidades en formato digital KML visualizables con el programa Google Earth. El resultado obtenido fueron 32 ZONAS DELIMITADAS CARTOGR Á FICAMENTE, respetando l í mites territoriales y caminos, quedando dichas zonas enmarcadas en cada departamento provincial, a EXCEPCI Ó N DE DOS ZONAS QUE ABARCAN DOS Y TRES DEPARTAMENTOS. Este trabajo será ENTREGADO GRATUITAMENT EN FORMATO DIGITAL a todos aquellos Jueces de Paz Legos y Profesionales del Derecho que lo soliciten.
