2 BUMPER CAR ATTENDANT Job Description: Monitor riders as they enter and exit the bumper car area. Check to be sure riders meet the minimum height guidelines and that they understand and follow the safety rules. Assist riders getting in and out of the cars. Insure that every rider is properly seated and their safety harness is secured. Bumper car rules: No food, drinks, or alcoholic beverages Safety restraint MUST be worn at all times Keep hands on steering levers and feet on foot rests No loose articles allowed Minimum height 44 inches Maximum weight 275 pounds Only one person allowed per car DO NOT BUMP RAILS

3 BUMPER CAR ATTENDANT PROCEDURES Step 1: Open the entrance gate. Before each rider swipes their card check the height requirement of 44" minimum. Step 2: Allow six riders to enter or clear the line if there is not enough riders to fill all the cars. Inform the riders to choose a car and be seated immediately. Step 3: Close the entrance gate. Step 4: Assist riders getting into the cars. Check the safety harness on each rider to ensure they are secured and latched. Refer to the Bumper Car Attendant Guide posted in the Bumper Car Area for additional duties.Bumper Car Attendant Guide

4 BUMPER CAR ATTENDANT PROCEDURES Step 5: Proceed to the operator station and press the start button. This starts the ride and continues for four (4) minutes. Be sure that all specialty lighting is working and the music is at the proper level. When the start button is pushed the loading and neon lights will turn off. Step 6: After 4 minutes the ride is over and should stop automatically. In the event that the ride does not stop, you can manually press the stop button. Specialty lighting will stop and the music will soften. The loading lights and neon will come on. Step 7: When the ride has ended, open the exit gate. Assist riders with exiting the cars and direct them to the exit. Step 8: After all riders have exited. Close the exit gate. Open the entrance gate and start loading the riders for the next ride.

5 BIRTHDAY “KID” The Birthday "Kid" is one of our signature customer service features. This is a customer who has chosen our store to celebrate their birthday. Most often this will be a child but it could be an adult. In either case, we are to make sure it is the best birthday they have ever had. When you see the birthday sticker (shown below), you should greet them with the biggest smile. It is their day. Make it special. The Birthday "Kid" Should feel special by the way our employees treat them. When others see how much fun they are having, they should say, "I want to have my birthday at Incredible Pizza."

6 SAFETY NEVER lift anything that would strain your back. Always use proper technique when lifting. Bend at the knees to avoid using the back muscles directly. You must be approved by your manager if you are to lift anything over 10 lbs. Slips and falls are one of the most common accidents in our restaurant. Always watch the floor for water or food. Immediately stop and pick up anything that might be dangerous to walk on. If you need help, find a co-worker to help clean the area. You are responsible to always look out for your own safety so you will not slip and fall. NEVER carry anything that would block your view. Safety involves maintaining control on the track at all times. Maintaining control is much easier when you have the respect of the customer and your co-workers. Be sure to act and dress in a manner that will gain you respect on the track. Wearing the proper uniform will help a great deal. Make sure guests do not have on "flip flop" shoes while driving cars.

7 WHAT TO DO AFTER TAKING A TEST When you complete your test, select the “Submit” button  on the bottom of the page. If you did not get 100% on your test, select the “Retry Quiz”  button. If you scored 100% on the test select “Print Results”  button. Type in your first and last name . Then hit “OK”. A window will pop up with your name and the results from this test . Select “File” in the upper left hand corner of the page then select “Print” . When the print navigation window pops up, select “print” again . When the print is complete, hit the “X” on the test results page  then select the “Finish” button . When you have completed this course, bring all your test results pages to your trainer before you begin position training.

9 Now that you have completed this training course, it is time for you to meet with your trainer. Your trainer will provide you the hands on training you need to learn how to do the job responsibilities that we reviewed in this course. Successful training is a four step process. The trainer demonstrates and explains the skill to the trainee. The trainee demonstrates the new skill to the trainer. The trainer provides constructive feedback to the trainee. The trainee has a chance to practice that skill over and over. At first, It is better to be slow and do the job right than it is to be fast and do the job wrong. Do not compare your skills to those employees who have been in the job for months. They have had plenty of time to practice the skill and, over time, you will become as good as or even better than your co-workers. After you have completed the hands on training for this job function, you will be asked to log back into your LMS training program and take the “OJT Test”. Please answer these questions based on what you experienced during your “On the Job Training” or “Hands On” training in this new position. If you do not respond to each question with a yes or true, please let your trainer know which of the questions you missed so they can ensure you receive the proper training in those areas. If you give a positive answer to all the questions on this test, follow the same submit and print instructions that you use with other tests. 11 Procedimientos para Atender los "Bumper Cars" Paso 1: Abra la reja de la entrada. Antes que el cliente pase la tarjeta revise la altura mínima (44" o 112cm) de cada conductor. Paso 2: Permita al los conductores (seis o menos) que pasen al los carros. Déles instrucciones a los conductores de elegir un carro y sentarse inmediatamente. Paso 3: Cierre la reja de la entrada. Paso 4: Asista a los conductores entrar a los carros. Revise los cinturones de seguridad de cada conductor que estén ajustados y abrochados correctamente. 12 Procedimientos para Atender los "Bumper Cars" Paso 5: Proceda a la estación de operador y oprima el botón para comenzar. Esto comienza el paseo de atracción por 4 minutos. Este seguro que toda la iluminación de especialidad este trabajando y la música al nivel apropiado. Adicionalmente oprimiendo el botón se apagaran las luces de la entrada y los de neón. Paso 6: Automáticamente después de 4 minutos el paseo de atracción termina. En caso de que el paseo no pare automáticamente, usted podrá oprimir el botón para terminar manualmente. La iluminación de especialidad se apaga y baja la música. Las luces de la entrada y de neón prenderán. Paso 7: Terminado el paseo de atracción, abra la reja de salida. Asista a los conductores salir de los carros y diríjalos a la salida. Paso 8: Después de que todos los clientes salgan. Cierre la reja de salida y abra la de entrada. Comience de nuevo con otro grupo de conductores.

13 EL "NIÑO" DEL CUMPLEAÑOS El niño(a) del cumpleaños es uno de nuestros servicios exclusivos al cliente. Este es un cliente que ha elegido nuestro restaurante para celebrar su cumpleaños. La mayoría del tiempo es un niño(a) pero también podría ser un adulto. En todo caso, debemos asegurar que sea el mejor cumpleaños que ellos han tenido. Cuando usted vea la etiqueta adhesiva de cumpleaños (mostrada abajo), usted debería saludarlos con su sonrisa mas grande. El día es de ellos. Hágalo especial. El niño(a) del cumpleaños debe sentirse especial por la manera que nuestros empleados lo traten. Cuando el resto de la gente se de cuenta de la emoción del festejado, no queda mejor frase que "Yo quiero celebrar mi cumpleaños en Incredible Pizza“.

14 Su Seguridad en el Trabajo NUNCA levante algo que ponga tensión o esfuerzo en su espalda. Siempre use la técnica apropiada para levantar. Doblando las rodillas para evitar usar los músculos de la espalda directamente. Una sola persona nunca debe levantar los contenedores de masa. Siempre consiga la ayuda de otra persona. Si usted no puede levantar los contenedores con la ayuda, este trabajo no es para usted. Favor de informar a su gerente. Los resbalones y las caídas son unos de los accidentes más comunes en un restaurante. Siempre observe el piso si hay agua o comida que pueda contribuir a un accidente. Inmediatamente deténgase y recoja o limpie lo que podría ser peligroso. Si usted necesita ayuda en limpiar el área, busque a un compañero(a) de trabajo para poder asistir. Usted siempre va ser responsable por su propia seguridad de tal manera de evitar resbalarse y caer. NUNCA cargue algo que obstruya su vista. Usted debe ser aprobado por su gerente si usted va estar levantando cualquier cosa más de 10 libras.

15 QUE HACER DESPUÉS DE TERMINAR UNA PRUEBA Cuando termines tu prueba, selecciona el botón para entregar o “Submit”  al fondo de la página. Si no recibiste 100% en tu prueba, selecciona el botón para volver a tomar la prueba o “Retry Quiz” . Si recibiste 100% en la prueba selecciona el botón para imprimir o “Print Results” . Escribe tu nombre y apellido . Luego oprime “OK”. Una ventana se abrirá con tu nombre y los resultados de esta prueba . Selecciona “File” en la esquina superior izquierda de la página y luego selecciona “Print” . Cuando aparezca la ventana de navegación para imprimir, selecciona “print” otra vez . Cuando termine de imprimir, oprime la “X” en la página de resultados de la prueba  luego selecciona el botón para terminar o “Finish” . Cuando hayas terminado este curso llévale todas las páginas de los resultados de las pruebas a tu entrenador antes de empezar el entrenamiento para tu posición..

17 Al principio es mejor ser lento y hacer el trabajo bien, que ser rápido y hacer el trabajo mal. No compares tus habilidades con la de empleados que han estado en el trabajo por meses. Ellos han tenido suficiente tiempo para practicar y con el tiempo serás tan bueno o mejor que tus compañeros. Después que hayas completado el entrenamiento práctico para esta función de trabajo, se te pedirá que vuelvas a entrar a tu programa de entrenamiento LMS y toma la prueba “OJT Test”. Por favor responde a estas preguntas basado en tu experiencia durante tu “entrenamiento práctico” en esta nueva posición. Si no respondes a cada pregunta con un sí o verdadero, por favor déjale saber a tu entrenador que preguntas fueron para que se asegure de que recibas el entrenamiento apropiado en esas áreas.. Si das una respuesta positiva a todas las preguntas en esta prueba, sigue las mismas instrucciones para entregar e imprimir que usaste con las otras pruebas.
