8  Generally, if a NOUN ends in “o”, it will be…  Generally, if a NOUN ends in “a”, it will be…  Exceptions:  masculine: if they end in L- O -N-E-R-S  feminine: if they end in D-ION-Z- A  Even so, there are exceptions to the exceptions!
