At the end of this lesson I will be able to… use the possessive adjective when talking about your family, and things around the classroom.

3 What is different from the adjectives in English and Spanish?
In English one adjective is used for singular and plural, but in Spanish we have two and even four (nuestro/a/os/as). One adjective is repeated in English. In Spanish we have “su” for 6 pronouns.

4 Placement of Possessive Adjectives
Always place the adjective before the noun it describes mi hermana tus padres We have singular and plural depending on the noun: mi amiga (sing) mis amigas (plural) tu novia tus novias su sobrino sus sobrinos
