2 PURPOSE #1 To support educational programs for migrant children in order to help reduce the educational disruptions and other problems that result from repeated moves.

3 PURPOSE #2 To ensure that migrant students are provided with appropriate educational services.

4 PURPOSE #3 To ensure that migrant children meet the standards that all children are expected to meet.
