9 NextPrevious Technological Implementation Plan The Technological Implementation Plan (TIP) is a specification for the exploitation of the results of the project. It is concerned with the exploitable potential we have generated and how we plan to realise that potential. It is to ensure that the maximum number of tangible and intangible results become available. The Commission's monitoring and evaluation of the exploitation phase of your project will be based on the TIP so it is an important planning document, not just a deliverable. A good TIP is the best way to demonstrate to the Commission the value of the results. It is an active document that can be completed at the start of the project and updated at mid-term and at project completion.

Reduction of the price of energy: this will contribute towards the competitiveness of the oil pipeline partners. An important social benefit can be obtained combating the saturated European road and highway system. EXIT
