2 Develop the learner´s communicative competence in four areas: Linguistic Sociolinguistic Discourse Strategic competence In other words the learner should be able to understand and use everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. Be able to introduce themselves and others and to ask and answer questions about personal details such as: where they live, people they know and things they have, interact in a very simple way provided the other person in the interactions talks slowly and clearly and is willing to help.
