¿Te gusta _________? Sí, me gusta jugar al golf. While the students are working on this bell activity you can take roll. For participation #1 have them draw a pelota de fútbol americano.

3 El calendario This term it’s time for a change! You will be asking individual students some questions. You will need to call on them by their Spanish names and then ask one question. Introduce yourself… name, describe yourself, and like/dislike Ask… two calendar questions two personal questions

4 La actividad con la tarea
Comparte con tu compañero/a la tarea. ¿Enseñaste* tu mamá o tu papá o los dos? ¿A qué hora enseñaste? ¿Era fácil*? The students need to ask each other the questions and get responses in Spanish. The students had to show their parents what they had to do to make up work when they are absent. For participation #2 have them draw a manzana. Enseñaste = you taught/showed Fácil = easy

5 La canción – la vida es bella por miguel bosÉ
Escucha la canción y escribe todas las palabras que oyes. Bring up the song on iTunes and let them listen to it and write down the words they hear. For participation #3 have them draw an oreja.

6 Los apuntes – las actividades
¿Qué te gusta más ___ o ___? Me gusta más _________. Nadar = to swim Practicar = to practice Correr = to run Bailar = to dance Montar en bicicleta = to ride a bicycle Montar en monopatín = to ride a skateboard Montar en caballo = to ride a horse Hacer ejercicios = to exercise Esquiar = to ski Hacer snowboarding The students need to write all these notes down in their Los Apuntes section. Then have them make up actions for each activity. Ask several students the question and help them answer it if needed. Then have them ask each other in their groups. For participation #4 have them draw a bicycle.

7 Una actividad de practico
In groups of 5-6 have 2 students doing the actions of 2 different activities. One seated student asks another seated student,“¿Qué te gusta hacer más __ o __? The student decides between the two activities being acted out by saying, “Me gusta más ____.” and then the student replaces that student and starts doing a different activity. You may want to talk to Mrs. Bruckman about how this activity went in her class. And, if it isn’t clear to you maybe she can explain it better.

8 La prueba - escribe en español
I like to swim. He likes to dance. Do you like to run? Have them take the quiz in their prueba section. Go over the answers when everyone is finished. For participation #5 have them draw a tennis ball.

9 La tarea En el papel para la tarea tu necesitas dibujar dibujos para el vocabulario nuevo. esquiar
