13 El impacto en mano de obra podría ser superior. No se ha considerado la mano de obra de la agricultura familiar campesina. Los impactos en la producción también repercutirían para el 2008, especialmente en frutales, por problemas de floración afectada. Las comuna de Nogales y Olmué reflejan problemas de alimentación para sus animales. OBSERVACIONES FINALES
