2 ¿Y ahora? / Whats next? Una vez analizado el pasado y el presente de nuestro instituto, llega la fase final plantearse el futuro. Having reflected on the past and present of our school, it came the time to figure the future.

28 CONCLUSIONES Creemos que la escuela futura se adaptará a las nuevas tecnologías pero no prescindirá de su estructura tradicional. Quizá estamos siendo poco imaginativos o demasiado conservadores. Estudiar fuera de nuestro país y aprender idiomas extranjeros enriquecerá nuestras perspectivas. Estudiar en casa será una opción, pero seguirá habiendo escuelas públicas, aunque no serán gratuitas. ¿Acaso somos víctimas del pesimismo?

29 CONCLUSIONS We believe that the school in the future will be adapted to new technology and will use ITCs without abandoning its traditional structure. We are perhaps too conservative or lacking enough imagination. Studying abroad and learning foreign languages will enrich our prospects. Studying at home will be available, but there will also be public state school. Unfortunately education will not be free. Are we being victims of pessimism?
