DEFINITION: Grammar Lady: A verb is reflexive when the subject and the object are the same. Subject (who/what does the verb) Object (receives the action) In simpler terms, a verb is reflexive when someone does something to/for himself. In Spanish, reflexive verbs end in -se

CONJUGATION STEPS: 1.Chop the WHOLE ending –arse, -irse, -erse 2.Shop for a reflexive pronoun 3.Drop it IN FRONT OF the verb. 4.Shop for a new ending 5.Drop it in on the end.

ALTERNATE PRONOUN PLACEMENT: A reflexive pronoun can also be attached to the end of An infinitive Ejemplo: I want to shower because I am sweaty. Me quiero duchar porque estoy sudoroso. Quiero ducharme porque estoy sudoroso. A gerund (-ing word) Ejemplo: Juan is washing his hands in the bathroom. Juan se está lavando las manos en el baño. Juan está lavándose las manos en el baño.
