3 Learning to read in Spanish is the easiest thing ever.  WE ONLY HAVE ONE SOUND PER EACH VOWEL.  There are only a few consonants that have more than one sound. However, if you know the vowels' sounds, you will be able to read an 85% correctly in Spanish.
