Do NOT use tener calor/frío with temperature of food or spiciness. This expression is only for how (the temperature) someone feels. ESTAR caliente/frío(a) is for food SER picante is for spiciness

The verb is what you feel like doing Tengo ganas de comer --- I feel like eating Tienes ganas de dormir --- You feel like sleeping Ana tiene ganas de cantar --- Ana feels like singing
