2 PRESENT TENSE OF IRREGULAR YO VERBS  There are some present tense verbs that are only irregular in the YO form. They have endings that are different from the regular –o ending of regular verbs.  The verbs hacer, poner, salir, and traer end in “-go” in the YO form. They are known as “GOGO” verbs.  Compare them with their tú forms in the present tense.

6  Traer (to bring)  I bring =  Yo TRAIgo (irregular stem)  You bring =  Tú traes  Regular “ER” conjugation. PRESENT TENSE OF IRREGULAR YO VERBS INFINITIVE VERB YO & TÚ CONJUGATIONS

7 PRESENT TENSE OF IRREGULAR YO VERBS  The verbs decir, venir, and tener also end in “-go” in the YO form.  All of these verbs are GOGO boot verbs.  Only DECIR stem changes in the “YO” form.

9 PRESENT TENSE OF IRREGULAR YO VERBS  The verbs conocer, dar, saber, and ver also have irregular YO forms in the present tense.  Compare them with the tú forms
