Los pronombres reflexivos The reflexive pronoun (me, te, se, nos, se) is part of the verb. It can’t be left out! The pronoun goes in front of the verb in a simple sentence. Nothing can come between the pronoun and the verb (no matter where it is!) Ellos no se despiertan a las siete. ¿Te pones (tú) los zapatos?
