2  If a question does not have a question word, it is a yes/no question. Answer with sí or no.  If the question asks “you,” answer in the “I” form.  If the question asks “you all,” answer in the “We” form.  If the question asks about someone else or other people, you do not need to change the form, since the pronoun would not change.  If you are answering negatively, respond with a “no” to answer the question and another “no” to make the phrase negative.

3  ¿Preparas tú hamburguesas para la cena hoy?  Sí, preparo las hamburguesas.  No, no preparo las hamburguesas.  ¿Coméis vosotros el jamón?  Sí, comemos el jamón.  No, no comemos el jamón.  ¿Bebe Sara los refrescos?  Sí, Sara bebe los refrescos.  No, Sara no bebe los refrescos.

4  Some questions give you a choice between two or more things.  Again, if the question is asking “you,” answer “I,” etc.  Pick one of the choices for your answer.

5  ¿Prefieres el pollo o el jamón?  Prefiero el jamón.  ¿Preferís las papas o las papas fritas?  Preferimos las papas.  ¿Prefiere Marco la ensalada de frutas o la ensalada mixta?  Marco prefiere la ensalada de frutas.

6  Fill in the information based on what the question word is asking for.  Again, if the question is asking “you,” answer “I,” etc.  ¿Quién? –who?  ¿Qué? –what?  ¿A qué hora? –At what time?  ¿Dónde? –Where? Etc…

7  ¿Qué comes para el almuerzo?  Como un bocadillo para el almuerzo.  ¿A qué hora desayunáis vosotros?  Desayunamos a las siete de la mañana.  ¿Con quién come Alejandro la cena?  Alejandro come la cena con su familia.  ¿Dónde comes el almuerzo?  Como el almuerzo en la cafetería dos.
