The following expressions are used when talking about the weather.
Hace calor Hace frío Hace viento Hace sol. Hace fresco Hace buen/mal tiempo. All these expressions use the verb hacer followed by a noun.

The impersonal verbs llover and nevar are also used to describe the weather. They are used only in the third person singular forms of all tenses, in the infinitive, present participle, and past participle. Aqui llueve mucho. Creo que va a llover Está lloviendo, no vamos a salir hoy. Nieva mucho en Canadá. Va a nevar esta noche. Está nevando un poco esta tarde.
