Hace [time] que hace is used to say how long something has been happening, or to say “ago” Hace cuatro meses que estamos en escuela. “It’s been four months since we’ve been in school.” Hace dos años que Sr. Noelle se casó. “It’s been two years since Mr. Noelle got married.” que does not mean “since”
