8 CAUSES OF DEATH CNS bleeding: during induction. – 2 high risk – 1 intermediate Infections: – 1 patient after 1° consolidation – 1 during induction – 1 in clinical relapse. 2° Neoplasm: AML M5b MLL and t(9;11) at 11 month after M3 was diagnosticed.
