10 Una vez en la Universidad de Alicante, se deberá establecer el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje Definitivo. Del 3 al 21 de septiembre. Se realizará a través del Campus Virtual de la UA. El LA definitivo, si es aceptado, será firmado por el coordinador de estudio a partir del 22 septiembre. 11 Es responsabilidad del estudiante: mantener un contacto fluido con su universidad de origen con respecto al plan de estudios final establecido en el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje, matricularse en la UA, en el plazo establecido para ello, de aquellas asignaturas que consten en su Acuerdo de Aprendizaje Definitivo. It is the students' responsibility: to maintain a fluent feedback with their home universities concerning the final study programme established in the Learning Agreement, to register in the UA, at the specified period, in those subjects stated on the Definitive Learning Agreement. Instrucciones de Auto-matrícula Sólo podrán registrarse las asignaturas incluídas en el “Learning agreement on line” de la Universidad de Alicante. 13 Reunión Auto-matrícula En caso de necesitar ayuda durante el proceso de matriculación, puedes asistir a la Reunión Auto-matrícula. Según cita que puedes encontrar en la Hoja de Registro. En dichas sesiones, recibirán ayuda sobre los aspectos técnicos. Meeting for the Self-Registration In case you need help with the course registration, you can attend the Meeting for the Self- Registration. It is scheduled on your Registration Sheet. 14 Asistencia a clase Los estudiantes internacionales asisten a las clases desde el primer día: 1 er semestre: del 10 de septiembre al 19 de diciembre de 2014 2º semestre: del 28 de enero al 23 de mayo de 2015 La asistencia a clase es obligatoria Class attendance The international students start attending classes from the 1 st day: 1 st semester: from 10 th September to 19 rd December 2014 2 nd semester: from 28 th January to 23 rd May 2015 Attending classes is compulsory. 15 Selección del grupo de asistencia Debido al elevado número de estudiantes, algunos cursos se dividen en varios grupos (generalmente con profesores y horarios diferentes). Generalmente puedes elegir su grupo de entre los disponibles (pero puede haber excepciones). En tu matrícula, deberás indicar el grupo de clase. Selection of the group of attendance Due to the amount of students, some courses are taught in different groups (normally with different timetables and teachers). You can normally choose which one you want to attend among the different groups available (there can be exceptions). During the course registration (Automatrícula), you will indicate the class group. 16 Matriculación de asignaturas anuales de estudiantes de estancia semestral Sólo se obtendrá la mitad del número de créditos de esa asignatura anual. Hay que informar a los profesores para que estos tengan conocimiento de esta circunstancia en sus calificaciones. Las calificaciones oficiales estarán disponibles a partir de julio, no en febrero. Registration in the Annual subjects for one semester students You will only obtain half of the amount of credits of the annual course. You have to inform the teachers for them to take it into account when to mark. The official marks will be available only from July and it is not possible to get them in February. 17 Después de la matrícula, deberás validarla en la Oficina de Movilidad. Según cita en su Hoja de Registro. Durante la validación: tienes que entregar, en Movilidad, su Hoja de Registro si fuera necesario, se podría modificar el acuerdo de aprendizaje y la matrícula la matrícula debe coincidir con el Acuerdo de Aprendizaje definitivo. ATENCIÓN: Después de la Reunión de Validación no será posible hacer ningún cambio de matrícula. After course registration, you will have to validate it at the Mobility Office. The appointment is on your Registration Sheet. During the validation: you will have to hand in the Registration Sheet at this moment, it will be possible to modify your course registration and learning agreement the course registration and the Definitive Learning Agreement must have the same content. 18 La mayoría de instituciones de origen necesitan un certificado de la Universidad de Alicante haciendo constar las fechas exactas del periodo de intercambio de sus estudiantes. Para obtenerlo, tienes que venir a la Oficina de Movilidad tu último día de estancia en la UA. ATENCIÓN: La UA no firmará Certificados de Estancia que excedan el Calendario Académico. Most home institutions require a certificate from the University of Alicante stating the exact dates of the exchange period of their students. To obtain this document, please go to the Mobility Office the last day of your stay in the UA. NOTE: The UA will not sign any Certificate of Attendance that exceeds the Academic Calendar. 19 Evaluación Los estudiantes internacionales en la UA están sujetos a las mismas condiciones que los alumnos propios, con la misma carga de trabajo y el mismo tipo de evaluación. La evaluación normalmente se hace mediante un examen final, pero puede también hacerse mediante exámenes más trabajos, o de cualquier otra forma que establezca el correspondiente profesor. Assessment Exchange students following subjects at the UA are expected to undertake the same academic work and type of assessments as home students. The assessment is normally done by a final exam, but it also may be done by exams plus course work, or any other requirement established by the corresponding teacher. 21 Certificados de Notas La Oficina de Movilidad enviará los Certificados de Notas, a las Oficinas Internacionales Centrales, en las siguientes fechas: A mitad de marzo, con los resultados de las asignaturas de 1er semestre, A mitad de julio, con los resultados de las asignaturas de 2º semestre y asignaturas anuales, A mitad de octubre, con los resultados de la convocatoria extraordinaria de exámenes. Transcrips of Records They will be sent by the Mobility Office to the Central International Offices of Home Institutions, in the following dates: In the middle of March, with the results of the 1st semester subjects, In the middle of July, with the results of the 2nd semester and annual subjects, In the middle of October, with the results of the exam resits. 22 Hoja de Evaluación Pueden utilizarla los estudiantes que necesiten sus calificaciones con anterioridad a las fechas indicadas anteriormente. Los profesores deben cumplimentarla con los resultados correspondientes del estudiante, sellarla y firmarla. Es opcional tanto por parte de los estudiantes como de los profesores. Marks Sheet Those students who need the marks before the dates indicated before, can make use of this document. The teachers have to fill it in with the corresponding results obtained by the students, sign and stamp it. It is optional for both the students and the teachers. 23 Certificado de Asistencia a Clase Si necesitas un Certificado de Asistencia a Clase, al principio del semestre debes hablar con el profesor correspondiente para que éste pueda llevar un control de la asistencia, con el objetivo de facilitarte el mencionado certificado. Certificate of Class Attendance Should you need a Class Attendance Certificate, at the beginning of the semester you have to talk to the corresponding lecturer, so that the teacher can monitor your attendance and provide you with the aforementioned certificate. 25 Horarios de clase: Búsqueda de horarios Según la propuesta del Acuerdo de Aprendizaje (disponible en tu Campus Virtual) Campus Virtual TIU (Tarjeta de Estudiante) WiFi (1ª parte) si provienes de una Institución que también utiliza la red EDUROAM, podrías conectarte en la UA automáticamente (siempre y cuando tus dispositivos de ordenador portátil y teléfono móvil ya estuvieran configurados para ello). Class timetables: Search for timetables Following the Learning Agreement Proposal (available on your Virtual Campus) TIU (Student Card) WiFi (1st part) if you come from an institution that also uses the EDUROAM network, you could log in automatically while at the UA (as long as your laptop and mobile phone devices were already prepared for it). 26 WiFi (2ª parte) En caso contrario, entra en tu Campus Virtual, carpeta 'Secretaria' y selecciona 'WIFI':Campus Virtual Paso 1. Haz check en 'Activar red inalámbrica' e introduce tu contraseña de Campus Virtual. Paso 2. Descarga el 'Certificado CA de WIFI', y guardar. Transferir al dispositivo inalámbrico (portátil, móvil, etc.) Paso 3. Configurar el dispositivo inalámbrico (portátil, móvil, tableta,...) siguiendo las instrucciones que encontrarás en la web de la UA.web de la UA WiFi (2nd part) Otherwise, go to your Virtual Campus, folder 'Secretary' and select 'WIFI': Step 1. Make check on 'Activar red inalámbrica' and enter your password Virtual Campus at 'Introduce tu contraseña de Campus Virtual'. Step 2. Download the WIFI CA certificate 'Certificado CA de WIFI', and save. Transfer to the wireless device (laptop, mobile, etc.) Step 3.
